Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email, password (stored hashed), and brokerage details.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
• Content you add — the deals, contacts, notes, and your clients’ information that you store in the CRM.
• Usage data — logs, device and browser information, and basic analytics used to keep the service running and secure.

We use your information to provide and operate the service, process payments, send you service-related messages, respond to support requests, secure the platform, and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

When you use the AI assistant, the relevant content (for example, a deal summary or a draft request) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. We do not use your content to train our own models, and our AI provider processes it under its own commercial terms. Always review AI-generated text before relying on or sending it.

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the service:

• Anthropic — AI model that powers the assistant.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Resend — transactional and notification email.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

For the contact and client information you enter, you are the data controller and JarvisAIis a processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for collecting and using that information lawfully, including providing any notices and obtaining any consents your clients are entitled to.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we retain it for a limited period to allow reactivation and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can request earlier deletion (see your rights below).

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access controls that keep each business’s data isolated, and reputable hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to respond quickly to issues.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service securely. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

JarvisAI is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
